INDUSTRIAL

ALSCO

Anaheim, CA
(Bonney Architects)

SDH completed the redesign for ALSCO's commercial laundry facility as required for a Conditional Use Permit needed for their expansion. The design included updating the site to conform to the City's WQMP requirements and expansion and redesign of their parking facilities and introduction of a new building.

Community Center Bakersfield, CA

SDH completed the precise grading design of a 30-acre site including a community center and park along with the associated parking facilities and utility design. This project included parking for over 600 vehicles. Most importantly SDH coordinated the designs of all the engineering and consultants used for this project.

MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

Riverwalk and Van Buren Apartment Sites

Riverside, CA
(Fairfield Residential)

SDH provided engineering services for projects totaling approximately 750 apartments on roughly 40 acres including preparation of entitlement phase studies and exhibits, along with preparation of all improvement and precise grading plans. SDH coordinated offsite and onsite utility plans and performed construction administration for both projects which included master plan storm drain facilities up to 96" in diameter, water and sewer lines from 8" in diameter to 12" in diameter, and the widening and signalization of Van Buren Blvd.
Perris Family Apartments

Perris, CA
(Coachella Valley Housing Coalition)

This multifamily development was built with the purpose of providing housing for special needs tenants. Plans included preliminary and precise grading, street improvement plans, as well as sewer, water and storm drain plans for the site and adjacent streets.

Custom Homes

SDH has prepared grading plans for many custom homes throughout Western California. Our proactive approach to each project insures early identification of potential obstacles along with sound, practical solutions; resulting in many truly remarkable homes.

Riverside, CA
(Infinity Homes / DR Horton)

SDH provided engineering services for two residential subdivisions which resulted in approximately 150 new homes. Services included preparation of tentative maps and related exhibits required for project entitlement. After entitlement, final maps were prepared and processed along with grading and improvement plans for the site, the widening of Buchanan Ave. and the extension/ coordination of the offsite sewer, water and storm drain systems. Additionally SDH assisted the developer in the construction management of the project offsites.
